In order to improve our customer care, in case of claims, please send to one of our addresses the following information :
customer service demand ;
delivery date and place ;
invoice’s number concerning the claimed product ;
pictures about the noticed problem ;
for problems due to shipment, a dated and signed way bill copy.
All those information have to arrive during delivery’s following 8 days.
To help us to offer to you the best service, it’s advisable do not leave out the mention “accepted conditionally” on way bill, as provided for by international shipment rules.
